I have $1 worth of tobacco worth one billion dollars.

Seems like a lost cause in the drug war, to vastly overstate profit margins.  Because ya, people will choose against drugs purely on weak religious background "morality".

I know a person who gave his friend 12 methadone pills to aide his detox from Heroin and he was arrested and charged with 12 counts of trafficking opium!

If this is not a manipulation of a crime I do not know what is!
To a person reviewing this would assume he was some big H dealer who needed to be imprisoned!
When in truth he was the exact opposite!

Well if you consider the government is involved with the drug trade, which during the contra time we know that's a fact it's worth stating ridiculous prices. It's like the high times price guide where all the strains grown by the friends of the writer are listed as high prices where the ones who they didn't like had their strains priced lower... I heard this from Hugh Yeilder or however he spelled it who I haven't been in touch with for a while.

Just curious.. what is the going price of a gram of shrooms? i have never sold anything i grew and am just wondering..

Depends on the area but if the person u are selling them too isn’t desperate anywhere from 5-10 /g for bulk and maybe maybe 15 if you are actually going through the hassle of selling someone an individual gram.

Cant that kind of shit be challenged? I know its incredibly tough to sue a cop, but this is just contesting these crazy sentences and numbers? Isnt it fucking common knowledge that a gram would be less than $100 in almost all cases? The greediest of fucks try to charge 100 from what i know

Shrooms are like 30 for an 8th usually in my area (about 10 per g, yes)

It is 1000% about money. No money, jail time. If you can just simply show you have the resources to fight the legal case, your lawyer has lunch with the other team, they talk a bit, thats it. Otherwise, youre fucked. Fucked up "legal system", "#1 developed country"

However if we get rid of profit prisons, drug sentences, start holding upper echelon more accountable instead of just the poor. If all the rich crooks had to spend time at rikers and not some bs nursing home (and usually nothing at all), i think that tune would change.

And of course the for-profit legal system. Create one truly based on justice, no such thing as a "non violent offender" unless its a (serious, multi-million) financial crime etc or siphoning money from appropriated education funds or whatever. Those kind of crimes should be treated very seriously. Not this illegal plant shit. or some poor dope user needs a fix so lock them up

Well over $100 Billion a year spent on "law enforcement".

The actually explicit definition of the budget seems to not be published.  They don't tally up and say there it is.  Probably because of asset seizures.
