Pins growing extremely slow - 5 days, what to do?

Im growing a monotub in SEA Asia so I think the temperature and humidity is pretty good, and it's rainy season now too, so the humidity is especially high. However, Im not at my place often, so I dont fan my monotub that much and I think its lacking FAE but could this really slow down the growth of my tub?

It's been growing small pins like this for almost a week now and nothing seems to be really spurting. What should I do?

Its a B+ i think, or a GT.

Sub looks perfectly fine to me.

The substrate always shrinks up during pinning, it's the mycelium assimulating the organic matter into the conversion of nutrients for mushroom fruit bodies.... I find it the most facinating part of growing mushrooms.

And if you think about it, fungi is like having a pet blob.

Id suggest maybe adding a casing layer to it and see how it adapts. Looks good but maybe the tub is a little too damp. If you don't case it, put it into fruiting conditions, increase your FAE by fanning more often. You want humitidy but your tub needs to breathe or else the air could stale and contaminate. From my experience, that damp looking webbing is usually solved by fanning more. Goodluck!
