I have a juicer and I ordered some chlorella

you just take cilantro with chlorella and it helps you excrete heavy metals. I'll probably combine it with shilajit.

Will report back in a week or two.

Be careful not to take too much cilantro.  You only want to chelate as much as your body can detoxify at one time.

You should take the chlorella 45-60 minutes before you drink the cilantro juice.  Click here for details.

Make sure you are eating/juicing plenty.  You need to replace what's lost through chelation.  This is where supplements come in.

Also, check your local health food store for N-Acetyl Cysteine, or NAC.  It's a glutathione precursor and should aid in your detoxification efforts.

Chelation is done with stuff like Calcium Disodium Edetate, not cilantro.

I tried it with cilantro a few years ago. It definitely worked for me. In fact, it worked a little too well and I ended up overloading my system to begin with. Definitely a good idea to start slow.

Positive. There is no objective proof of it having a dependable significant chelating effect.

Surely use of fresh herbs perks you up in many ways, but if you present in the ER with heavy metal poisoning, you won't get cilantro but things like EDTA salts, edetates.

Chelation is a process from chemistry, the complexing of ions.

Which molecules in Cilantro perform that function?

Science has no indication that the consumption of cilantro mresults in effective chelation.

Thats more than mere bias.

Well I can't answer that question but all I can say is that I'm satisfied enough with what I've read to try it. It also has to be combined with chlorella.

I’m curious why OP thinks he needs chelation.

My guess is he doesn’t, so I recommend cilantro for its lack of ability to chelate anything.
