Contaminated? First time

This is my first time growing I can't tell if the yellow is normal or its contamination.

Ive read the yellowing like that is mycelium metabolites(piss) from fighting off a contam

possibly, it looks like it isnt finished colonizing at the top to me. But when it is finished..Ive read plenty of posts with contaminated spawn used to get a flush or more depending on the severity. Fruiting outside if possible can harbor contaminated substrates to fruit so your house isnt filled with nasty spores. Watch for sporulation and remove it if seen

You probably just threw a good grow away. Anytime you mix your substrate with your spawn in a bag, it can look pretty funky. I would not throw it out unless there was a clearly identifiable contamination. I bet that bag would have spit out quite a few good specimens.

By the way, every time someone sees something that does not look familiar they say "bacteria." You can find successful grows all over the place where others said it was bacterial. I'm on my fourth flush from a bag of grains that several guys said was extremely bacterial, fucked, not worth spawning to bulk, etc. They were all simply wrong. It was simply a little wet in the bag and some of it looked kind of milky white, like yours did.

Your bag did not look bad at all. You had some milky looking mycelium, which is very normal in a bag, especially when mixed with substrate. Clear, thin bags just make things look different than looking through thick plastic tubs or jars. IMO, your best bet would have been to put it in a small tub. I bet you would have gotten at least two flushes out of it and an ounce or two dry at a bare minimum. It would have grown in the bag and I bet you would have gotten an ounce dry minimum.

And the yellow is perfectly normal. Some call it myc piss. It is simply water that comes in contact with the colonizing or colonized substrate. It turns yellow. If your sub was in a tub then yellow myc piss condensation would end up on the sides or underneath and you would not be able to see it for the most part. Also, any time someone mists too heavily and water pools on a sub surface, it will turn yellow rather quickly. Actually bags are notorious for building up condensation, which will turn yellow when it is in contact with the colonized substrate. Yours was not out of the ordinary.

Wait until you dunk a sub after a flush and then drain the last bit of water off of it. It will all be very yellow. If you would have made it through a flush and filled that bag up with enough water to cover the sub, it would have turned yellow in a few minutes. 

For future reference, If I was you I would look for pics of grows that are similar to yours rather than asking whoever is randomly online at the time. I bet you can find grows in a bag that look very similar to yours and turned out completely fine.

I'll take it into account next time. Yeah I was a bit iffy think I was being a bit rash about getting rid of it. I do feel bad about getting rid of it especially after finding out it was fine. But I am really glad I still have a few.

About 5 days ago I so wanted to bulk substrate three days after it started to smell like sour milk kinda three days after I spawned about her and three days after it started to smell the same way  I can't find anything on it but it's supposed to smell sour but the first few days it smelled fruity thin went sour what to do I have two tubs like this same train but bulk is different should I be worried

Hard to tell. No one else has your nose. Just keep an eye on it. It could be a bacterial smell. Mycelium will usually overcome bacteria and grow healthy shrooms. Contamination becomes visible in a short time. You can look at pics of contams online and just keep an eye on yours and make sure you don't see any of them. If the smell gets worse and worse, you probably won't see healthy growth and then you can just junk it and start over. Keep in mind paranoia can make things worse. It may be nothing.
