When you have a nice fast growing pure culture on agar, transfer to sterilised rye grain in jars to make spawn. In 2 weeks you can then transfer grain spawn to bags of pPasteurised wheatstraw, and within another 2 weeks they should show signs of fruiting. Good luck.

I've never cultured these from spores, but have used plugs from Fungi Perfecti in logs on my land...very productive...
