perpetually fruiting casing.

strain: b+ substrate: wbs 1.5 pints cased 70/30 coir/verm aprox 1" thick
chamber conditions : 22-23c 95%rh ambient light exposure.
the question. Have any of you ever had a casing that perpetually fruits. it seems this one casing is fruiting non stop. Every time I rip all the mature fruit off, 2 days later, another 5 or 6 pins explode into maturity its been like this since the begining, never a definitive flush.
any time the casing is totally devoid of pins/pinheads etc. I mist/patch as needed.
coments welcome, flames will be used to heat this cold basement.

Hey, don't complain! A lot of people have trouble getting a first flush!
By the way, would ya send me a bit of that mycelium? 8-)

I had a foaf who had golden teacher casing that did this. It would sprout up 2 or 3 shrooms about twice a week for a little more than a month. Strangely the other casings he had were flushing nicely.

Yes, I have. I find that over-incubated casings or ones that take long to colonize will do this. Also, some strains simply exhibit this trait. Pins starting before the others are mature. High humidity during the growth stage will accentuate this trait. It happens, and can make it a pain to water sometimes...

glad to see i'm not experiencing an anomaly. as it sits this casing now has another 30 pins that are putting on size fast. and there are *more* primordia forming/blossoming into pins as we speak.
thanks for the responces.

I hate you Mavix. Kidding, I hope my B+ casing is also so hearty, I just cased on tuesday. We'll see.
