if they are really reishi, then get then when they are mature, and put them in a coffee grinder(after drying-air dry for a few days).. make into a tea, usually good with green tea, but works when you add to anything or alone :smile:
stimulates immune system, so i wouldnt use it repeatedly for extended periods of time like any form of stimulant, however it really does help you get better fast when you need it..

well they are all ground up and i made a nice glass of tea, it wasnt the bbest tasting thing ever but not to bad, thank you for the info :smile:

You could also cut up the log that they are growing up out of and transplant it to your own garden with more wood, with any luck you'll have your own private patch...Good luck
