Contaminated or paranoid?

My first pf tek. I messed up on a bunch of things but was able to (hopefully) keep this cake safe. This pin has been growing but has a gray maybe almost green cap, its hard to tell, none of the others look like it so . There are also some light gray patches on the cake itself which might just be because it took so long to colonize since I used too big of a jar. Was wondering if any of this signals contamination or if I can go ahead and finish the grow, thanks!
