Please help me I have nowhere to turn

Please help me

Backstory -
I’ve had extreme stomach problems my whole life since I was like , a little little kid. It was clear that it was anxiety related as I would need to vomit instantly if a movie got to crazy or stressful or stuff like that
However I would also be fine and go into what my mother referred to as vomiting episodes, where I would need to hospitalized days on end , my longest was two weeks straight 

Suddenly around my preteen years it just stops, stops for my whole life until I’m about 19-20 years old and it Is exactly the same as it was
Anxiety plays a factor but there is a physical aspect to whatever I have
Doctors are puzzled and don’t help me anymore

They tell me it’s cause i smoke weed and I have that hyper WSU’s syndromes
But I didn’t smoke weed as a little kid
And this didn’t happen for a year to two years after I started smoking weed
I even did stop smoking for a minute just to show them it wasn’t that and they are still LITERALY like “welllllll uhhhhhh, I’m uhh, I’m thinking it’s canabinod hypermesis” and they literally make me leave
And like guilt trip me when I go back like “oh can’t stop smoking that weed “
Even tho I literally already proved it wasn’t that
I’m in an episode right now
Haven’t been able to look at a morsel of food for two days with out vomiting almost instantly
Just spent literal hours in the bathroom
It was dark when I went in and the sun is high now
Just vomiting over and over
Only stomach acid
If I was foolish enough to dare take a sip of water it would be worse
Some of my thoughts even trigger it

Please guy
I think I low key want to just kill myself instead of continuing this
( but I won’t )
And hospitals are done with me
Literally what can I do there’s nothing for me in this now

Let me even say to I’ve always been open to weed being the problem
I literally don’t care about it like that I’m not one of those stoners that would rather smoke than live
I would LITERALY throw all my weed out right now if I thought it was causing this
And I did before
It’s just not the problem
Maybe it irritates it a little
MAYBE
But even when I wasn’t smoking the episodes were biscuits and frequent

Sometimes the weed helps the nausea
Sometimes it worsens it

And guys
Please
For the love of all that is holy do not fucking ask me if I feel better after taking a hot shower

Doctors spam me with that question as if it’s. Literal dead ass indicator of that caninoid syndrome
When in reality being submerged in warm water is literally just an effective treatment for nausea in general

All oral nausea medication makes it worse btw
Anything that has to externally or internally touch my stomach will send me into vomiting for a few hours

I’m sorry to spam post like this
I just feel like if some one is reading right now they won’t see my edit

But it feels very gas related
I didn’t wanna say gastrointestinal cause I feel like that’s just my intestines ( I’m far from  doctor lol )

But i can like feel shit moving in my tummy and I burp and pass gas A LOT during this
Sometimes when I dry heave I noticed it’s my body forcing the gas out of me cause it like can’t do it normal
So that COULD Be something.

I know you guys aren’t doctors and I gotta take your answers and fit them to me specifically
But I mean
At this point I can’t even really go to doctors anymore lol

Little toke of weed = some nausea reliefs
Big time of weed = straight up vomit
So fr the weed o my irritates it cause when I’m blowed I prolly feel the Nausea harder

I had stomach problems for two years. Was horrible. Look into Kefir. That's what helped me. I no longer have any issues. Good luck

Oh ya I seen that stuff in stores
I’ll have my friend pick me up some
I’ll have to take it on my off periods tho
Anything oral for treatment won’t work during the vomiting and nausea

Picked up two things today
The Kefir, and these syringes of CBD shots with certain heroines or whatever in them for tummy stuff
The shots would definitely only treat symptoms but if either works they work
And I’ll let everyone know here my experience with each

Kefir made me vomit hard
CBD unknown
There was no stopping it so it’s unsure if it made it worse or not

I’m in the hospital now tho

I'm sorry that you're going through such a shitty thing. That really sucks ass, I would not wish that shit on my worst enemy. I can't even imagine going through that.

I think there are drugs that suppress nausea and vomiting (antiemetics?). Maybe one of them would help?

I recommend trying a 5HT3 antagonist first like Zofran or Granisetron, and if that doesn't help then trying some other antiemetics.

I actually got prescribed some to last me till an appointment last night
But it’s help us random
Like it will or it won’t
But for the most part yes it does
I used to take Prilosec but my doctor didn’t tell me you gotta take it two weeks at a time with a month break or you got a good risk of cancer or worsening your stomach issues

Dude had me on it for 3 years straight !!

Sorry you're going through this man.
I have no clue what's wrong and can't give you advice, just can say what I'd do.

I'd fast for 3 days or so, then start an elimination diet. Clear out your system, then start trying foods to see if it's a reaction to any specific types of food. Maybe try probiotics too.

Have you tried anxiety or depression meds? Usually I'm not a fan, but you seem to think your thoughts are a trigger so maybe something that calmed them down could help a little. The usual stuff like deep breathing and meditation may help, but likely wont be enough to kill such a strong physical reaction.

An update -
Since using Kefir daily it’s started helping to manage morning sickness, I’ve been able to exercise but if I push myself my stomach hurts really bad, however since my last hospitalization it’s like the characteristics of it have completely changed , I never come close to committing lately but I have really abnormal BM’s ,
At first I thought it was a side affect of the Pepcid and Zofram the ER has me on but it’s been some weeks now since I stopped taking them
I’m not like constipated I have a BM every morning and sometimes through out the day I have 1-2 more
But my stomach hurts really bad when I have to and when I do actually have the bowel movement, it’s weird it’s  like when it leaves my body my stomach hurts even worse for a minute, like pulling a splinter out of an infected bit of skin it hurts during and hurts super bad for a little after then I’m norm for a while but still have to watch what I eat .

Lately I only been eating rice , veggies, and varying types of meat , sometimes I’ll have a cookie //:
