Possible P. Cubensis look a-like?

Now I've been hunting for P.Cubensis for around 2 years now and have never come across a non Cubensis mushroom that I couldn't quickly dismiss because I have yet to find a mushroom that resembles a Cubensis for more than just a glance. So, until now I haven't really had trouble know if what I had was a Cube. Until now that is...

As far as I can tell, this last haul are all Cubes, purple spore print, dark skirt, gold-ish center cap with the outer ring being white. But,... There are some details that are off. First red flag is after further examination the fresh ones, about 5-6,(most were dry when I found with the surrounding grass stained dark purple from the fallen spores) they have yet to bruise blue or blue-green. Second, the gill color seems to be a bit darker than I'm used to. Other than that all seems to be in order.

I'll post some pictures of two of the mushrooms in question alongside a real cube for comparison.

I'd Say P.Cubensis As Well. Nice Finds👍

Edit - I Have To Edit & Say That After Looking At The Mushrooms More & More & Even Though A Trusted Identifier Has Verified Them. I Am Not 100% Sure They Are Cubes, I Am About 90% Sure.

They aren't bruising.... I don't thunk they are cube

Edit: like I'm 100% positive it ain't a cube. I bet the stem is a totally different texture or whatever

Slumber Jack, I have seen cubes not bruise or bruise very little in the heat of summer, especially if they were already drying out.

This is very ironic actually, I took a quick dip in a pasture the other day, and found 2 massive specimens hiding in some tall grass. 

They were both growing on/around cow dung, I believe, I quickly checked and came to the conclusion that they weren’t cubensis due to their lack of blue bruising - they had very white stems and look similar to cubensis from the top down, they did not look very dried out, though. 

I am going to keep telling myself that they weren’t cubensis *so I don’t knock myself for not gathering them* :sad:
