    I’m on my second successful(so far anyways) grow thanks to your write ups Bod. And you are absolutely right about Gordo. Not everyone can give 100% effort and energy into teaching others, at least not all the time. I haven’t finished the video yet or this thread but Gordo if you are reading this keep it up man, the videos very well put together and regardless of differences in opinion in reference to your methodology the video format it’s self is enough to put you in high regard in my opinion. It’s refreshing to kick back, watch and listen, versus hours of straining to read tiny text on a screen.

It's ironic that people who (supposedly) grow a substance that results in ego death, can have so much of an ego problem, isn't it? 
Many newbies are turned off by certain forums which have a reputation for being unkind, unfriendly, and full of egomaniacs.  I have a pretty thick skin and a calm demeanor, so I just roll with it   this is also why I recommend people give the Griffiths protocol a try by the way... and introduce someone else to it (be their guide) - see what we can do to actually help people and to make the world a better place instead of quibbling online and not getting anything meaningful accomplished.

to that.  And I completely agree with your harvest ideas - I've never had a problem with stumps, clean cuts heal over fast and actually PREVENT contamination from entering the block.  I like NOT cleaning mushroom stems or picking substrate off of them which can be very time consuming.  I like NOT leaving big craters in the block too.  Also certain strains (like the one in my vid) produce large connected (near the base) clusters - there is no way to pull these up without heavy damage to the block.

Agreed. Bottom watering is so easy idk why youd want to dunk your tub. Tried it once (actually twice, first time my dog literally ran into the bathroom and jumped into the tub ) and broke the fuck outta the sub so never again lmao

Yeah I wanted to come up with the easiest way for my gf. She's not got big muscles. but I held back from drilling a hole. Totally figured side watering was the easiest way. I also transition the tilt in the morning and at night to only give 1 end water then the other after 12 hours. Seems to be working really well. I just stick something under in the tote so it's tilted. The blocks are always thirsty. I'm on my 4th flush of a single PE 66qt tote. I bet the single tote gave me a pound dry. It's just going and going lol
