Seriously, it's a "cheese food product". Not the best thing for anyone to eat, but mix it with salsa or "rotel" and it's fucking great. I use a little chunk of it in mac and cheese dishes too.

Originally Velveeta was made from real cheese. Today, it's mainly whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, milk, fat, and preservatives. By the Food and Drink Administration's standards, that's not real cheese—which is why the FDA forced Kraft to change its label from "cheese spread" to "cheese product."Aug 23, 2016

Went down to Denver to pick up my stupid kids from the in-laws. :snub:

Lily’s dad is too much.

He started Ketamine treatment a while back and after that decided he wanted to try growing and using shrooms.

He’s really gone full force into the hobby and has more shrooms then he knows what to do with so he sent me home with A LOT.

I was all like, you know you can grow non active shrooms you can like cook with and stuff and he just goes, “you know what, I never thought of that!”

Lmfao, crazy dude, gotta love him.

A friend of mine was actually at the Ghost Ship that night, he was one the handful that made it out alive.

There was another underground "venue" in Oakland (it was a place where few people lived I'm pretty sure, but they'd hold underground/non-permitted parties/raves occasionally) that I went to back around 2008-ish to 2011-ish. It was very similar to the Ghost Ship in some ways with it being mostly wood and very cluttered with tons of random shit everywhere. When ever I was there I would always think "This would be a fucked up place to be if there was an earthquake or if a fire started". It was an old Victorian style house/building with like 3 or 4 stories, it was a bar for many years, used to be brothel and an opium den back in the day, the place has a lot of history going back 100+ years.

There were all sorts of different rooms, hallways, stair ways, crawl spaces, tiny rooms you would have to kneel down to go into (probably the opium den)....Every time I went there I felt like I'd discover a new room or new place I hadn't been into before lol...With tons of the most random shit you can imagine, nic nacks everywhere, the place was an absolute trip. I could never really describe it....Then fill it with like 200 to 300 people and 3 very large sound systems and the place would be shaking/vibrating/resonating so much lol, I was afraid the place would literally collapse someday from the large sound systems and people dancing lol.

But yea...that place was just like ghost ship in the way of it being a major fire hazard, pretty similar place all around.



There was another underground rave/party spot I heard about in Oakland back around the same years, I think it was called "the library"...Never actually went to it myself tho.

I raved inside an old "Biscuit Factory" in Oakland back then too lol...that was a pretty cool spot. Just a big concrete warehouse/factory with some cool basements. That was the only rave I ever went to that was actually shit down & broken up by the police.

I've had a bitching migraine all day. My brain is so scrambled I keep trying to slide my phone.



I haven't had a phone with a sliding keyboard in years.
Did have one of those pretty much since they came out and only retired from it in 2014 or so so I guess not the oddest thing my brain thinks is relevant.


Not as bad as looking for the cassette slot while looking at a cd player and holding a cd at least.

The LG Rumor Touch is everything I want in modern phones.

Handheld size.
Touchscreen.
A keyboard you can feel and use blindly.
A fucking keyboard you don't need to rely on autocorrect to use.

It really is a great looking phone.


I had an LG Enact I quite liked but the software was badly aging and my compulsive need to slide the slide put a short in the screen all to quickly. RIP phones with buttons and girl hand sizes...


I thought the razr 2.0 was hot and meant we might be seeing some modern phones with some old features but holy shit that was overpriced considering the possibility of shorting the screen connection. $1,500 just makes it a dumb nostalgia gimmick to kill nostalgia gimmicks. :nonono: sad times my friends

I miss having a phone with a real keyboard. Well I guess I still have it somewhere but the cell radio was obsoleted. If I could slap Linux on there somehow it would be a handy little mini laptop.
