Planning on going to our cabin next weekend. Last time I was there with my brother we were on the deck laughing and talking, not yelling and whooping and being drunk etc...and the fucking neighbor up the hill yells down to us "hush up, y'all be quiet down there"! Like we were some teenage kids or something. It was only about 8:30pm too! Now we have to go talk to them and tell them that we will be making noise and laughing and talking on our deck at our cabin that we own 11 acres of land and it's not a a covenant either etc...Fucking pissed me off and the mate told me it's BS too. Mate wasn't there or we would have had that conversation right then and there.



LOL


Where the coke?! I want a gram. Imagine how many deliveries I could do in an hour!

I would probably go into the mountains, get high, and hike my ass off, get lost, & become bear food.

Nice sounds like you're pretty robustly equipped lol. My favorite place at work during the warmer months has always been the server room because they air condition the ever loving fuck out of it for obvious reasons. At my old place of work we had a secret hammock in there, but alas, this newer company I'm working for is a bit more buttoned up and it would probably be heavily frowned upon :sad:

Super lame. Good thing you've got 11 acres to avoid that asshole. You probably weren't being loud at all, if he's uphill and you're kind of in a valley, sound carries like crazy. There's a 5 mile loop trail that runs right next to my parent's property and I can hear when a group of people is hiking on it from miles away because of the weird acoustics.

Houston. Houston is a haven for those (and bugs in general) because the climate is so tropical. The humidity is sky high in Houston. And they got some swamps and marshland too if I'm not mistaken.

Yeeeaaahhh, this doc is a money hungry fuck, even though he actually cares, he won't close due to this for a day.

PB: We also have the land that the driveway to their house is on and we let them park a trailer on out property, let them use ours too. There is a 93yo grandma there and her son is about 70 something and their health is failing. One of her granddaughters is there taking care of them and her husband. It sounded like her husband yelling at us. They seemed cool one time when we were there they stopped, introduced themselves and were pretty much cool, we thought. They have a florida license plate too, so he may be a real fuckhead from that part of the country. IDK, but we are definitely talking to them and TELLING them we will not be quiet until about 12am on any night we are there. I think technically we could be as loud as we want really, but we will show some respect and quiet down around ten to midnight.

Another neighbor down the hill on another side came out and blasted a shotgun blast one night when 4 of us were outside tripping and laughing around 10-11 at night. He didn't yell or anything, just blasted a shot and scared the fucking shit out of all of us! I was fucking pissed and wanted to call the cops because my mate said he was told people had been driving around shooting randomly into houses and such in the past few months previous to our night there. I've got guns out there too, I will fucking shoot someone or something if it scares me bad enough. We go there to get away and relax, this shits going to stop this summer, period!

Aw haha just send a signal into the night sky and I'll come take care of them for you :lol: I've destroyed so many stink bugs and roaches over the years. I either drown the stinkbugs in a dishsoap and water mix or fry them, way easier and less smelly than crushing them. They're the worst though. When the great stink bug invasion happened, I had more than a few land on me while I was sleeping, combine that with sleep paralysis and it was pure nightmare fuel :uhoh:

Sweet build! Are you gonna add lots of rgb fans? Phanteks sells rgb rings you can install on any fan and make it rgb instantly :awesome:

I really want a 3950x or a threadripper but I don't need all that power :sadyes: AMDs processors are insane right now. Its pretty nuts price to performance ratios.

Yeah I remember that well. I lived in ground zero of their invasion at the time up in PA where they came in on a shipping container. It got so bad I had nightmares about them for the longest time lol. Sometimes I still do.


We've got a new bug on the way to the rest of you too, stinkbug style. It only just started spreading into NJ, and it's still spreading throughout PA. It's harmless towards humans, and it's actually really kind of pretty, but it destroys crops and trees and has costed millions of dollars.

They're not where I'm staying just yet, but back home in the warm months they are everywhere. People literally make art out of their dead bodies.

@Trex, good for you. I would be feeling exactly the same way. Sometimes miserable people just have to make everyone else miserable too, but that's your damn land and you deserve to be there as much as any of the rest of them.

if you just lay brush piles around your garden, you will have an endless supply of predators to take care of ur infestations in the future. It only takes a week or two to get established.

I don't really have a garden back home where they're an issue :okay:.


By the time I move back it'll be mid summer, and then my lease is up in the Fall, but my current roommate and I and a couple others are going in on a bigger place with land and space for a garden after that, so I'll definitely keep that in mind. They're definitely only going to get worse.

A threadripper would be dope dude, honestly thought about it but I can’t realistically think of what I’ll do with 16 cores, let alone 64 lol

+ let alone the fact that a number of games still don't get programmed for use with more than one core
was a notorious problem for ESO for years; high end computers getting bottlenecked by a single core utilization on the processor
