the panellus stipticus is non edible/trippy... i got it from a friend in austria...i sell cultures for USD20
cultivation is similar to shitake....

Got a culture of Panellus on agar, as far as I know it's inedible but not actually poisonous. Apparently it runs and fruits well on straw - treat it like Pleurotus ( or at least that's what I was told ) - haven't set it up yet - I've got a backlog of shrooms.
the mycelium grows quite slowly on agar.
