i would adivse everyone to stay away from shrooming if you're on paxil or have just come off it.

paxil makes you feel better about yourself, but combine that with a shrooms and you just get straight up delusional. the paxil just didn't get rid of my social anxiety, it made me feel godly, like i had super powers eventually. eventually i become so wrapped up in delusions that i flipped out. it was not a fun experience and i wish my doctor had warned me about this sort of shit, because i have heard of studies done on paxil where it has caused outbreaks such as mine and have led to suicide.

i wouldn't try shrooms on any SSRI's. tho i have completely rid myself of all meds doctors have tried to put me on.

first they give me shit that makes me fucked up, then they try to give me more shit to unfuck up me. well its too late, i'm already depressed about what happened and taking more chemicals isn't going to change a thing.

I am taking an ssri, and I had recently had one of the best trips of my life, I was happier than I had ever been. I had to take a little bit more than I was used to, but I cant wait to do it again.

but to each his/her own :wink:

what ssri?

paxil specifically there have been studies on that it can induce delusions of grandeur and even make someone suicidal.

Anti-depressants in general can have unpleasant reactions with hallucinogenic drugs. Wellbutrin seems to be the worst for it.

Naw i can second this, i used to be on Wellbutrin, and 1000mgs of Depakote and i was on another pill too but don't remember what it was, and i used salvia like ea. day or every other day and smoked anywhere from a Q to a half of mids ea. day by myself in nothing but bucket drops and bong hits. i ended up in a psych ward for 3 days. And i hadn't done anything different besides get put on the meds. I'm now off all meds though and still love drugs, and i'm happier than ever. peace.....
