Noob question, how wet is wet? :/

How wet is wet? It's my first grow, i just harvested these beauties you can see in this post i just made:

But how wet is wet? these 8 pretty good sized shrooms weighed in at 107g and they're really tough and stiff not at all bruising and (they're in the dehydrator straight away) i'm just curious about how wet is wet fresh and if it affects drying or anything else?

(also if anyone has any memory of 15 years ago, from what i recall when i bought them online back when they were legal where i live, we got like a portion about 15 grams, does that sound about right? i'm certain i only took half of a box from head shops and had really pleasant trips, very visionary morphing but not terribly deep and galactic like when i now take acid)

90% so 40g is about 3.5g dry, but they have more tryptamine content fresh so keep this in mind fresh mushrooms are a stronger fuller more colorful trip
