I guess charter.

Iraq was accused of violating the UN charter. So i'd like to see how many other countries have violated UN charter. I can't find it.

The United States has, and Nicaragua went to the U.N. begging them to end the United States supported slaughter of their people. Only they forgot we hold a position on the U.N. Security Council as a permanent member, and were able to veto the resolution! Gotta love those odds.
