I want ways to invest and dont know where to begin Knowing that cash depreciates in value and deposits turn heads I figured bullion from local distributors would be best. Has anyone else looked into anything similar? Could you point me to some good resources? Maybe give me some misc information regarding what to do with cash? Keep the legal job Spend the cash on gas food rent clothes and other personal services (mechanic) These are really all you need besides when it comes to paying utilities, car notes, creditors, when the transactions become electronic. What are good ways to put money into the system without turning heads for these transactions? What are the best ways to stack cash? I figure the whole bullion scheme would be great considering itll hold its value better than a paper bill and would be a lot harder to steal. I dont know how to by this for the best price without ordering online but we're back to getting physical value to virtual.

Gold is a low yield investment. I recommend small cap rallies. Get 10% in a day.

I am keen on stacking gold and silver, there is a great forum: silverstackers.com which is dedicated to collecting and stacking gold and silver. While it recent performance is not as good as the stock market, it beats inflation.
Just having a small pile of gold and silver is exciting, it is like having a pirate treasure trove in your own house. In Australia there are precious metal dealers which buy at spot price. Bullionnow.com.au for example, which makes trading easier.

Invest in your career. Collecting money does nothing, hurts the economy, and any gains are out of your control. Collecting assets that pair with your skillset allows you to basically print money, be your own boss, help people. I'm on the green rush - money can grow on trees, for dirt cheap.

If you really wanna invest in metals, forget gold and silver. Buy palladium. It's rare and is used in the auto industry in sizeable amounts.
This is why the price of palladium has gone up like, 10x in the last ten years.

Palladium is used in catalytic converters tho, doesn't have a purpose in the future of automobiles.
