Well you can rule out lung cancer, the coincidence of the symptoms starting when you started vaping is too strong. You can't get lung cancer in 4 months even if you literally smoked tar. It's very possible you were allergic to an ingredient in the carts. If the oil stuck to your lungs it might be continuing to react. If you know someone with asthma, ask to borrow their inhaler and try a few puffs. If it feels significantly better, I would guess an allergy since it reduces inflammation and opens airways.
Nausea is very common with people when they quit smoking weed in general, as is some weight loss. Your body becomes dependant on weed as a source of hunger, you may subconsciously be not eating as much as you were on top of exercising a lot. And exhaustion can be from weight loss when its associated with fasting, anorexic people get bouts of extreme exhaustion all the time
Really you should just see a doctor. If you are convinced you are eating exactly the same, definitely see a doctor
