I used to have almost 1 kilogram of shroom in my fridge, threw it all away after a bad trip.

Besides i was going nuts, look the video i made back when i was tripping once every 3 days

How old are you OP? You sound like you have more an issue with coping by being high than you do with any particular substance. You probably need more focus on the benefits of being sober than anything. It really isn't that bad. I drink every now and then, I've got some acid on deck for my birthday. Growing some cactus in my window, got some various psychedelic substances stashed away. Rarely get fucked up anymore. Aside from responsibilities I just don't care as much as I used to. Sure I smoke my share of weed, but I think that attitude is more on track with what you need. Most people don't have to throw away pounds of mushrooms due to lack of self control, think about that at least before you get in to some drug that really grabs you by the nuts. Or I could be way off, idk :shrug:

op you are not that deep in the bottle depending on your physical size, at my worse drinking habit i was drinking .5 to .75 liters of high proof alcohol a day, more on binges and less when i was trying to maintain but it eventually caught up to me.

i dried out for a good bit and have been going back between drinking and not drinking, testing my limits of behavior.

Try to quit entirely, first by tapering down or go cold turkey if you have the resolve to do it. I used to drink heavily for 4 years before quitting cold turkey and it has done wonders for my life and mental health. I drank 750ml bottles within 24 hours of purchasing it everyday for about 2-3 years of this time and sometimes i would still have beers and other drinks on top of that. The way i did it was i consumed a shit ton of Cannabis for 3-4 months after my last drink. I also quit Nicotine after 6 years of smoking the same time i quit drinking so withdrawal was a bitch. I just got high and exercised everyday and that was how i was able to deal with the withdrawal symptoms. They were still a bitch, but that combination made it possible for me. I tried quitting drinking alcohol and nicotine anywhere between 8-12 times before this last time so it's not like i just woke up one morning and decided that was it. It was just my last and final attempt of many which happened to work. If you can taper down and then slowly quit go for it, that approach didn't work for me because there was no having a few drinks. I had to get drunk every time so i had to quit Cold Turkey. You don't have to quit forever but anywhere between 6 months to a few years would do you a world of good and if you choose to drink after that then your tolerance will have reset by then. I personally will never touch another drink in my life just psychedelics and cannabis for me, the gifts of mother nature that lead to enlightenment. Unlike alcohol which i see as causing destruction. That's just my personal experience so i can't speak for everyone.

I don't understand the sarcasm, the Kilogram Unit is used in 99% of all countries, if that's the reason for the sarcasm, maybe you guys should consider getting out the middle ages and stop using ounces lol

Did you have any severe withdrawals after you stopped? 750ml per day sounds crazy even for me.

I can totally see myself drinking that much though if i bought alcohol in bulk, usually on the days i drink i buy a bottle and throw half of it away, i can not keep alcohol in my house

You would be surprised how abundant  and cheap shrooms are if you have the knowledge on how to grow them. 1kg is nothing, you can literally make 1kg with less than 15 bucks using chicken corn feed and grass compost

I didn't give them away cuz i don't wanna be responsible if someone freaks out
