Come to Canada.  You can buy several acres for cheap.

How do we gt a trillion baby trees though?

is that a serious question?  i'm one person and i pluck tens of thousands of sprouts every work season (8-9 months of the year), tan oak, live oak, madrone, fir, redwood, pine, etc.......often 500+ a day.

Not everybody knows how this shit works man.

not everyone knows that many trees make hundreds/thousands of seedlings every year?  have you left the city?

then there's cuttings....

a trillion trees around the world could be done in a year, two tops, easy.  the real issue would be short- and long-term survival rates and how many would grow to maturity enough to offset the carbon issues.

I'm not sure I understand your point. So humans have fucked with nature for millennia, isn't that obvious?

A asteroid destroyed like 90 % of the species on the planet and it bounced back. Its seems to always bounce back. I think artificial intelligence is going to destroy the human race so I'm sure the planet will be fine.

Of course the planet will be fine... It would take a fuck of lot more than what humans are capable of to take it out, at least right now.

These 'save the earth' types make me laugh the earth is going to be just fine... We need to save Ourselves

Kinda feels like earth is trying to kill us off tbh, immune system is kicking into high gear, kinda like when we get a fever.

it's a misnomer that has led to confusion between different people meaning different things.  "saving the earth" essentially means "not gleefully allowing thousands of species to suffer and die because we can't get our heads out of our asses"

just like when people refer to human culture as "the world."  They don't actually mean the planet, they mean, metaphorically, the condition or state they find themselves in, THEIR world or purview.

of course the planet itself will be fine.  in tens or hundreds of thousands of years, new organisms will emerge and be able to survive/thrive in the conditions they find themselves in ("THEIR world".)  However, there may be little to nothing recognizable to us remaining, aside from deserts and oceans

Nature is always going to be a challenge for humans, but I would hardly say that "earth is trying to kill us off" today. In fact, the human global population continues to grow larger every day.

Humans are winning the battle against nature and will most likely continue to do so in the future.

Thats like saying the foetus is winning the bbattle against the mother if it destroys the womb's inner lining so it bleeds.

Its not supposed to be a battle.

My solutions to climate change are as follows:

Step 1) make all drugs legal so everything can be as efficient as possible and so there are no wasted resources either side of the drug war. With all drugs legal people could also relax at home and not be driving around or engaging in an activity which releases carbon dioxide.

Step 2) Make available all that free energy stuff I keep reading about.

Step 3) Have group atmokeisis sessions to manipulate weather, for example by steering a cyclone away, even dimming the sun.

Simple

Behold......

Atmokenisis:

and I'll add a few of Trebor Seven's other videos on other abilities... They're epic...

Biokenisis:

Pyrokenisis:

Telekenisis:

and more but you'll have to look them up yourself...

I've looked in psychic abilities extensively and am convinced things like telekinesis are real.

Edit: May as well add this video as well. This one's my favourite....

I've had an array of experiences in my life, and from them I believe the universe including us to be (life is the best term, but that doesn't explain much...) all consciousness... infinte potential that can take on any form.... This means doing hardcore atmokensis is perfectly possible.

Carbon emissions causing global warming is severely over simplified but saying "it's the sun" is obtuse.

Waters dry up

Are these not 2 separate issues?

You think global co2 emmissions caused waters to dry up in the example you cited?

If not then I'm not sure what your reply means.

Seems you just jumped from 1 issue to another there.

Wouldn't you call that a water crisis?

Climates do change yes and yes it cause problem for humans BUT whats the link between what you cited there and what I stated?

2 separate issues.

Quote:
saying "it's the sun" is obtuse.

Why?  The sun is the primary factor.  How is it "obtuse" to state the primary influence or Earths climate?

Sorry but I fail to understand the chasm jump of logic OR why the understanding that primary influence of climate change is the sun, offends you?

You think its "obtuse" cuz you'd rather play to the uneducated mass consensus rather than scientific fact.

I'm already aware that the truth offends people who are memeing the group think.

At least five major ice ages have occurred throughout Earth's history: the earliest was over 2 billion years ago.

How obtuse of me for not blaming human beings for these climate changes.
