Why would they lie to have an illegal quota? Seriously, I'm interested in why you think that. How do you think it benefits them.

This is what they think. They want the best minority candidates they can get, because they have the exact opposite view on diversity as you. They are not interested in political correctness or effecting social change. They are purely interested in the bottom line and they looking to the future, not 50 years into the past.

Exactly, that's why his sister in law was rejected based on race.

They're interested in having just enough "diversity" that doesn't call them into question and still maximizing profits under those restrictions.

They find meeting the "diversity" standards a big pain in ass because it brings in less qualified workers.  How is that the opposite on my view?
