Dehydrator modification for small mushrooms, pins and truffles. * 2

Step 1. Go to your local Walmart and buy the Aluminum window screen that you see in the picture.


Step 2. While you're at Walmart buy the zip ties that you see in the picture :smile:...


Step 3. With a permanent marker trace out what you need and cut with scissors.


Step 4. Place on top of trays and use permanent marker to adjust it to the perfect size then cut with scissors.


Step 5. Use zip ties to hold the the screen on the tray then cut the extra off with scissors. They can handle high temperatures.


Now you can dehydrate small mushrooms and chopped up truffles without shit falling through the tray :rockon:!

No way man, this is a cool idea! Maybe not for every tray but this will be great for the aborts and mini fruits tray.

I needed to do all of them because I had to dehydrate truffles :smile:. If I dont chop them up they're almost impossible to powder in a coffee grinder. The air passes through the screens extremely easily and they can handle high heat so I say do all of them lol.
