 Advice for better pinset?

Hey, so I’m growing a few shoeboxes of albino cubensis. The sub is pure coir. The results have been okay so far, but I’m not getting a lot of pinning.
What could I do to get better surface conditions? Currently, I’m keeping big ziplock bags over the tops of them to provide humidity.
^I put a casing layer on this one, just to try something different
^This one has a lot of discoloration. Myc piss? I’m thinking it got too dry. I had the humidity bag off of this one for a while (again, just messing around with different things)

Better conditions and a more even flat level surface. Looks like things got too dry a few times

Thanks, I’m glad you also think that dryness was a problem. I’ll continue to keep the humidity bags on and mist multiple times a day. Anything else I can do?
