San Pedro powder 91% Iso alcohol extraction instructions with pictures * 1

Don't see many extractions of alcohol with pictures on here so here mine goes, so I dried the skins very thin like 1 or 2cm thick with the skin left on. I dried them in my oven with the door slightly open for air. Took about 4 hours or so to dry them at 220 degrees. Took them out and left them air out for a day (optional). Put the dry skins in my magic bullet blender, after I blended them the powder was humid so I laid it on some illuminum foil and put it in the oven for another 15-20 min at 225 with the door shut all the way. Nice and dry after I took them out; weight of powder came out to 102 grams roughly. Blended again and as you can see straight dry powder very fine. Now I put that in my glass jar and used 91% iso shook it up nicely and put it in a dark place...keep you updated as it goes.

Yeah definitely let us know how it goes :thumbup: The only thing different I would have done is used Everclear, isopropyl leaves a weird ass tast after you evaporate. Have you looked into making mescaline actate? It’s simple

Would you evap just with air or same as iso cannabis extract and a warm water bath? Will it be a sludge or should it dry to powder?

I personally evaporate the iso with a fan when I run this extraction

And it will turn into a tar , usually rolled into balls with flour as it's pretty damn sticky after scraping it up

Came home from work and took out a good amount of extract and put it in a different container no need to strain it yet, now I added some more alcohol not too much tho and an hour later it's this dark already. Going to let it sit for 12 hrs and the get another pull. Any tips would be appropriated I'm very new at this it's only my second time. I'm thinking 100 grams of powder is going to add up to about 350mg of mesacaline?

What's the difference of the end product? I mean is it more efficient? Last 40 grams I extracted gave me 2+ grams of resin but it was very dry because I evaporated it very well. And when I took it it was a nice light/medium dose.

I soaked the powder for 16 hours then I would pull then do another 16 hours then I ended up putting the wet powder in a container into the microwave adding more alcohol and setting it to 40 seconds that really helps get the stuff out faster then I strained it put it on a glass plate dried it on top of an oven where it was hot but not too hot for it to boil, and now I'm scraping it up I ended up with about more than 10 grams I'll keep you posted on effects. last time I did an extraction I ended up with 2 grams of resin from 40G powder, I did it all and it was very pleasant like light/medium dose with very little visuals just a nice body head high. How much should I take for a very strong effect, I used around 3 feet of cactus. San Pedro.

Does anyone know how long this will last without going bad, it has a very faint smell of something I'm not sure if it's the alcohol or the mescaline, its pretty dry but when i hold a bit between my fingers it gets melty and stains my fingers. Should I leave the container closed or open.

Your product looks good.  So long as you are confident the iso is all evaporated, it's ready to consume.  For the record, this tek has been published here before.  Your pix are better, though, IIRC.

Yeah sorry I only made one a new thread because there not too many that show pictures. I'm going to be getting 99% isopropyl today and be posting more pics.

No apologies necessary, jut wanted you to be aware you are following a know, productive tek.  So long as your cacti have decent alkaloids, you should have very good results.  That tar looks promising!

Be ready to :evilpuke:  Cactus derived mescaline always makes me barf...Peyote, too, unfortunately, which is why I principally stick to LSD, DMT and mushrooms.

Make the last pulls by putting the powder in a tub and add the iso, microwave for 40 seconds and it gets like this very proficient
