I've had to accept that Im pretty shy and have had some serious challenges having ladies in my life. I always had these crazy ideas of what women like, but as I've gotten older. I've realized it simply comes down to talking to women. This isn't even to be degrading to them but I've noticed many women you can just blabber the most random bullshit to and they will become interested in you. Being less outcome dependent will help confidents tremendously.

I may not have picked up the specifics while skimming the thread, but "girl at work" is like, three red flags right there. Coworker? That's a recipe for disaster, if I was your manager I'd just fire you both to avoid future drama. Girl who's actively working while you try to chat her up? Oof. Girl paid to be nice to you since you're a customer? Double OOF.

Sorry, it was a bit harsh, but it's the most fiercely competitive game in the world, the finding a partner game.  If you're no good at it, you need to look at your faults and strengths, and work hard on them both.

With the girl at work, if you're so keen on her to risk the potential workplace drama, then yes, just say you're sick of waiting for her to take you out, so you're going to have to take her out, this Thursday.  You'll either get blown out or get one step closer to getting blown.
