Incubator to hot? black grain

Less of a question more of a statement, things got a little spicy in my incubator lets just say. Nice clean mycelium growing on top and throughout but i guess the bottoms of jars got to hot and cooked the grains of the jar to about 3cm up maybe from bottom. Subsequently the grains on the bottom have turned black, and there is condensation on the jars as well. Fine to just proceed as normal? id pic but i shook the jars figuring i had good growth, could still take some if it could help.  im probably going to just leave em room temp74-76 getting to technical with things IK

Likely going to fail.

You are aware that incubators have no place in this hobby right?

Sell the thing or throw it out.

started during winter... where i keep em got in the low 50's most nights. had it set to be pretty much room temp. not thinking i was still keeping jars in it once summer started. thanks 4 the info though.

Use a space heater brother.

Heating anything with mycelium directly like that leads to terrible results.
