India - Pleurotus/pulmonarius vs Pleurocybella

Ive been having a hard time with the Pleurotus/Pleurocybella ids.
I put some mycelium between logs quickly, and have been getting some results.
What could these be? I lean toward Pleurocybella here, but would like to know if anyone has any ideas, thoughts.
Wood substrate, print white. Mild mushroom smell.

Oldie that was in the sun.

They dont seem to grow as large as some Pleurotus Ive seen here, generally smaller.
I'm really confused, could this be P. pulmonarius? Anyone eaten Pleurocybella before? Saw some reports of toxicity.

Any and all help, as always is appreciated.

You should eat them. They look like Pleurotus. Their reports if Pleurocybella. poisoning are dubious.

They are not dubious, but they only pertain to people with advanced kidney or liver disease.
I agree that you have pleurotus, the fruit body is thick fleshed and pleurocybella is thin fleshed.

They are extremely dubious - Pleurocybella is very common in the PNW, and there's not a single report of poisoning from there, even among people with advanced kidney or liver disease.

Many Pleurotus species are even thinner than Pleurocybella.
