Why does this pe look different?

I got a pe syringe from a reputable vendor... most of my pe grows look like this:

But these are different:

They spit spores, the stems are solid, and they definitely don’t look like pe. Could it be that while choosing myc to a2a transfer I chose bad genetics? I’m very curious as to why these shrooms don’t look like penis envy..?? Any info is appreciated.
