brown shroom ID

I was walking around shroom hunting you could say and under these trees by this house, I found two shrooms connected to one another.

I am not sure the type of trees but they where growing on wood mulch.

Brown cap,big with some what wavy gils

lightbrown stim

when touched it doesnt bruise, and when I broke the stim nothing happened.

There was insects inside the mushroom and worms.

It was found in the sun, a little sun burnt.

I would post pictures but I dont have my camera at the moument.I have yet to take a spore print.

Could some one tell me what it might be?.

please read the forum rules and learn how to describe a mushroom in detail... there is no way anyone could help ID based on the description you just provided
