It's been about 130 F for me , my shirt is drenched and I got a nose bleed from the heat

I feel good though , getting used to the heat

it's cold outside of there now

Yeah, that's way too hot. And I've never heard of anyone getting a nosebleed from the heat. What are you guys growing that needs that kind of heat?

When I was working as an electrician in Florida I had to go up into attics and I could only last 10 to 20 minutes at the most. I would say it was anywhere from 130 to 150 degrees in he heat of the day.

I'm Chillin now. Might go grab a coffee and go for a walk in an hour or two. What I really need is a nap

I knew it was a greenhouse, but I still can't understand why they keep it so hot. Don't they have windows or doors they can open? I wouldn't last more than a  half day working in there.

massive factory of greenhouses all cannabis plants for the government , they do crack the tops in the roof and it's full of AC but it dosent really do much , they give us heat breacks in the air conditioning now

they will hire about 60 people or more ever few weeks and only about 5 or less stay , the ambulance was here the other day

It's all mostly people from South america , Africa  , the Caribbean , India and stuff

Yestraday I got home and went stright to sleep woke up and had to rush back here , we do over 100 hours every two weeks and I am quiting my second job to keep this one

there is nothing else out there for me in canada that I know of , that is full time

I am mostly here because they will let me leave every winter and come back to work every summer if I want to

Damn, 100 hours a week inside super hot greenhouses? Sounds kinda sketch. Its interesting that they hire from people all over the world. I did not expect that.

Over 50 hours a week , they come on visas , some became Canadian those guys work really hard / fast , most of them are always laughing and they seem happy

Lately it dosen't go below 100 F most of the plants are short so it's full sun for 9 hours everyday , with a long sleeve paper towel lab coat

My best friend over here quit about a month ago  and another one of my friends or two are quiting next week

I am hopefully working on Canada day on the 1st to enjoy the 4th of July instead , if they still let me
