Fuzzy White Mushroom ID Request

Growing on a stack of firewood in my backyard. Nebraska. The stack of wood sits on cement and this was on the top of the stack.

That's so weird because I do think you're right. However its listed as being found predominantly in Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Madagascar, Nigeria and Northeastern India... which is so far away from Nebraska where I found them

These are amongst the most common fungi found in North America, follow anybody who likes mushrooms on Insta and half their Winter/Spring posts are macros of their distinctive spilt gills
