First Attempt at Cloning Pluteus

I'm going to attempt to clone this Pluteus velutinornatus

Here's what I have so far:

- Presto 23 qt Pressure Cooker
- SAB
- 10 L distilled water
- Methylated spirits
- Bleach
- Petri dishes
- 500 mL Schott "youtility" media bottle
- Alcohol burner
- Scalpel and spare blades
- Cheese cloth
- Strainer
- Measuring jugs
- Funnels
- Spray bottles
- Latex gloves
- Dust mask
- Gladwrap
- Heavy duty foil
- Maltexo
- Agar
- Instant mash potato
- Oat bran
- Paper towels
- Various containers
- Crappy kitchen scales
- Crappy smaller scales that can weigh to 0.1 g

Have I missed anything crucial?

My plan is to:

- Soak 50 g of oat bran in 500 mL of distilled water for ~ 12 hours then boil for 10 minutes
- Filter out the oat bran water and add to media bottle along with 0.5 g Maltexo and 10 g agar
- Microwave agar until everything is mixed
- PC agar and any tools I expect to use
- Pour plates in SAB attempting to use good sterile technique
- Wipe down the mushroom with 70 % methylated spirits
- Tear mushroom open in the SAB
- Take tissue samples with a flame sterilised scalpel and put on agar
- Seal plates with Gladwarp and wait
- Hopefully make a couple transfers to get a clean culture
- Transfer to a substrate I have yet to decide (probably a mix of pasteurised very rotten wood and ground turkey tails)

This is my plan so far. I would love any constructive criticism or advice, I have no idea what i'm doing
