Old grain jars with fruits - greyish inside stripe - okay to consume? PICS!

I just found some old grain jars I forgot about in the back of my cupboard, labelled Feb 2019, so they've been sitting in there over 4 months and they've fruited in the jars. LONG spaghetti fruits with tiny caps obviously from lack of FAE.

I opened the jars and harvested a bunch of the spaghetti fruits and they all have GREY inside the stipes.. see attached pics. They're all a little off-color. Are they rotten/fucked or okay to eat? They still smell mushroomy.

They were all quite moist when harvested.. could the grey be from the moisture and okay to eat, or are the fruits fucked and should I bin them?
