Cake Advice

These cakes have been at 77 degrees since 5-14. Any advice on how they look? No pins and I feel like I should leave them longer to develop more but it has been quite a while.

First off, get rid of the fucking foil. If they have been 100% colonized for a week, dunk & roll. No reason to wait.
