I took a gram of dried Psilocybe subaeruginosa for my first trip and nothing really happened?

I took a gram of verified Psilocybe subaeruginosa and all I felt was a tiny bit of dissociating effects. Maybe I have a high tolerance or something I'm not sure. I was also wondering how long I should wait before trying again with two grams

Did you find the subs in Florida?

Also I'm assuming these were dried specimens not fresh...

I found them in Victoria Australia and yes they where dried

Hmmm. Sometimes when a lot of frequent  heavy rains come through they soak the fruits through and through, alot of times when this happens it really plays a role in duluting the active making it wayyy less effective. It takes so much more to have a good trip. If you didnt feel anything from a gram, you probably won't feel a whole lot from two. I'm not telling you what to do, but if I was you, I'd definitely try 3grams at the very most expect a nice face slapping adventure since subs are woodlovers they can be potent. Weak mushrooms in my experienc when picked in the wild (and I have quite a bit with cubes 7years) it is my experience that the whole lot is weak. This almost always happens for because of environmental/previous weather conditions. I never have a potency problem if its the second flush and there hasn't been a rain since the ones that brought out the first. Hope this isn't confusing.
