Dried grains overnight, still too much moisture in jars

Sorry if I'm beating a dead horse about drying grains. I feel like the basic laws of physics don't apply within my apartment. I've read many old threads about the finer points of drying grains, I'm following Bod's oat prep, letting them dry on a mesh screen for about 20 hours in front of fan. But after I PC my jars, I still saw significant moisture inside. Many grains against the glass had beads of water around them. I have a really good flow hood, so I left my jars open in front of it for a few hours to dry them further before inoculating. What else can I do to reduce post-PC moisture in the jars? I've read countless comments like "You just gotta let them dry a few hours, duh!" No shit, I am, what the hell?

There is going to be moisture in your jars after PCing either way.
If your prep is on point the moisture will clear up within a day or 2.

I think this explains it. This is only like the fourth time I PC'ed a batch of jars. And it's only the first time I let grains dry overnight, which I did because previous batches really did have too much moisture. This was also the first time I inoculated jars as soon as they were cooled off enough from the PC, so I was seeing the normal post-PC moisture that had yet to reabsorb.

his recipe isn't so clear.
i'll tell you how i'm making a good grain. on grills (? english isn't my first) from cooker i'm laying baking paper and on that a towel paper. grains must be always hot to be spread on towel - about 1 cm layer, after +/- 15 min you turn it. it's mostly dry after 15-30 min after laying it on towel. it can be a feel of a little moisure, but fingers/hands are staying dry. it's what you want. after pc there always be, and after cooling, a little moisure. as op said, it will disapear quickly. high amount of grain on 1 time in small surface, drying in cold temperature long time is a torture and of low success rate.

If my jars have a ton of water after PCing I shake the fuck out of them to distribute the moisture for about 10 minutes per jar until the grains barely stick to the sides of the jar. Would barely be able to see any moisture anymore. Idk if that will ruin other grains but it works with sorghum. And mycelium grows just fine inoculated with agar.
