Ryche - Hawks Eye

Last Monday I mailed an order to Ryche. I have ordered from him numerous times in the past. I have sent 2 e-mails to inquire as to the status of this order and have received no reply. Does anyone know if he is busy with Easter or something?
BTW, It's been years since I've been a shroomerite, nice to see it's still up and running!

thats not really the point Mike.I dont think people think he ripped them off,but comeon thats the same crap MMMM pulled,...Ill take your order then after i get back from vacation and am good and ready youll get your order. That is BS.If he was going away,he should have posted that on his website or here or both,or shouldnt take orders till he gets back. That is poor buisness. I have bought of ryche many times in the past, and had no problems,he is a good guy,and not a thief, but its apparent his customer service skills could use some improvement. Would you make people wait for 3+ weeks for their jars Mike while you were off on vacation? There are too many other places out there, and here at the shroomery now that do provide good customer service. This issue doesnt even involve me,but he did loose me as a customer.

Same here on all points. Customer service, as well as product quality, plays a major role in the determination as to do business with a person in the future. I'm still expecting my spores from Ryche, but I'm also ordering from boxtop from now on. If Ryche does something like, ship me a few extra freebies to compensate me for the lost time and hassle, I'll probably order from him again. If not, I'll say that his service was slow one of the numerous times that I ordered from him, but that his syringes were always of the highest quality, that he has sent me free spores in the past, and that I recommend people to order from him, if time isn't a factor or an issue.
