How to determine microdose amount

Hi, everyone! I've been harvesting some mushrooms and drying them. I'd like to start microdosing. My plan is to grind everything up to get a consistent dose without having to worry about the amounts of active ingredient in the stems vs the caps.

Once I have a powdered mix, how do I know how much to microdose? Since a microdose is subperceptual in its effect I shouldn't feel anything, right? So, how do I calibrate a dose?

Trial and error. Less is usually more when it comes to micro dosing imo

I have wondered this too... If you aren't supposed to be feeling the effects how do you know it is working? I have done some reading but have not found anything definitive on the subject.

In my trials and experiments i found that .2 or 200mg of mushrooms is perfect for a microdose

increased wellbeing
Increased energy
Uplifted feels
Enhancement of smaller task

Those are some things you should be feeling, you shouldn't be seeing things slightly morph or anything like that or you dosed to high

IMO .5 or 500mg of shrooms waz alittle too strong , it would be all the above effects but more spacey feeling more stoney


Less is more with microdose,  that's my opinion

I've used 1P-LSD too for microdosing

I dose .1 twice daily, and it's enough to feel something every day. It's no where near a threshold dose but I do notice subtle physical effects and an overall peace of mind.

Try .05 and go up from there. If you find you've taken too much, don't panic and remember to take a bit less next time.
