 need advice i messed up.

I left my fresh shrooms in a dehydrator and i thought i had them dry enough to grind up.
It shouwed how wrong i was when i put it into the coffee grinder and its not a dust more of a grinded paste....
Is there anything i could or should try to do to preserve it? ideally i wanted to capsule it but i got a feeling there is little chance of me doing that.
Is there anything i could do to atleast store it now for a few days?

Take a tea and freeze it. Always dry fruits 24hrs.

U could put it in a container and stick it back in the dehydrator for a bit but mushboy has the best idea

I wouldnt. And why put in a Tupperware? You have a dehydrator..

I would use my desiccant..
At Costco or hardware stores they have a plastic gallon container called home dry of something like that. It's food friendly.
Put some of that powder desiccant in a plastic deli dish punch some hole in the lid.
Now take that unit and stick it in a large sealed food container and add your shrooms to the food container. Everything will be cracker dry. Guaranteed...
Make sure you always keep the lid on the food container or the deli dish will end up a gooey mess.....

Well the dehydrator is like slots in it so the paste I have would probably fall through or I assume blow around when dry . I’ll take a picture when I get home of my mess up I guess I’d like to try save it some how. At the moment I just put in Tupperware on foil with a deccaisant pack on the bottom but I got a feeling I’m on a ticking clock situation

Should be home in about 6 hours I’ll try take pics of my current storage the current state of the mushies, and my food dehydrator I hope you guys can help n teach me I feel so stupid but I guess I was bound to make mistakes. My impulsive jumping the gun has shot me in the foot

Just spread it on parchment or teflon sheets and put in back in the dehydrator, same way you'd dehydrate tomato sauce.

I don’t have any Teflon sheets to hand. Basically just basic bits my dads wife has laying around.
Is there anything you could suggest at all I might have on hand?

Ok so here is what I have currently and how i stored it while I was at work and this is my dehydrator
   
To hand I have maybe some foil, kitchen towel and other bits n pieces though

Could i tape some paper down on the slits perhaps to stop it slipping through? and spead it along?
or perhaps can i line a shelf with foil so it can rest there and stay in dehydrator to finish?

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone for the help and advice, this is clearly a learning process and you have helped me learn from my mistakes.
Just an update I left the black mush paste on the foil in the dehydrator to full dry. And now this morning it was bone dry and I grinded it again this time it came out a nice light brown powder.
I’ve since capsuled it and here is a picture.
I’m slightly paranoid I may have lost potency or weight but I’m just glad to atleast do this and learn. Next time I’m sure I’ll be more prepared.
