These trays were inoculated from rye 10 days ago and have not yet been put into fruiting conditions. Condensation has been pooling and swabbed up with a paper towel every couple days. I’m wondering what these fuzzy bumps are and whether or not to enter fruiting conditions. No visible signs of pinning thus far.

*Update*
Introduced to fruiting conditions last night, noticed a slight smell and left uncased to monitor for the first day. Grow room has a musty bacterial smell today and 2”x2” patch of black pin mold on one of the 7 trays. Scooped the mold out and covered the area with salt but ready to take the loss if these trays are toast. What appear to be the first sign of stroma are also becoming visible.
