I just noticed that New World has 10kg bags of 'Value' brand Poultry Wheat for $11.59
I assume that Pak'N'Sav will have the same brand at a cheaper price.
Countdown has 'Barnyard' Poultry Wheat for $11.89

You can tape a couple of coins onto the weight of the Presto and bump it up towards 20PSI, although any higher and you're risking blowing it up

they have a little bung that will pop out if it goes too high, an added safety feature, so it won't go boom.

Cubensis B+? I've seen a persons Cubensis B+ set up in New Zealand. But it's like homebrew alcohol, if you don't have a clean environment or equipment infections comes.

Yeah I'm hoping it is still viable, I have taken quite alot of care making sure I have a sterile and clean environment during inoculation. This is my first time doing this but there's only one way to learn I guess.

Worst-case scenario you have to do a few agar transfers to clean it up.

I've ordered some Agar and Petri dishes and I've made a SAB which should be the job. But I have also just tried my luck with 1 syringe of inoculated sterilised rye berries, it work for my subaeruginosa spores so just gonna try my luck with a cubensis Spore also

Really will depend on the printing technique used. Fingers crossed though!

Don't do it!!?!
Friends don't let friends do spores to grain.
Read the forums here. Spores to sterilized grain is 10 years out of date, and really poor practice. . .
Spore syringe > one drop on agar > viable culture > grains. That way one syringe can do 100's of innoculations, and allows selection of more aggressive strains.

I second this, make a LC or use Agar for inoculation, don't use spore syringe.
also guys, what do you think of this PC ?

Awesome noted guys thank you for the advice. I just went into a place called savemart in otahuhu, Auckland and they have pressure cookers for sale I took a couple of photos. They didn't say anything about the PSI but I would assume that it is 15 or more they look sturdy. http://
