Calcium sulphate (gypsum) as a ph buffer?
    #2593861 - 04/23/04 04:31 AM (19 years, 9 months ago)

I can pick up calcium sulphate at a local chinese market for cheap so I was thinking of using this instead of the lime pellets my not so local garden store sells (which are so large they must have been screened through a collinder!).
Would the sulphate make things more acid?
