Okay, I don't think that's a real word, but... You know, the stumps, the thick globular mycelium left behind after harvesting clusters, even just thick masses of mycelium? Just curious if people use that stuff and how it affects them (besides laughing).

Stringy mycelium, no. Fleshy stumps, sure. Nothing special about 'em, they're just mushroom stuff - same effect as the rest of the mushroom they were cut from.

I just try to cut the mushroom so there isn’t any coir on the portion I’m going to use. Some people say you could make tea out of the sub, but, the fruits are so clean, and I like that

Bkue gold. I like it! Make tea out of the sub? I'm going to have to do a search about that. Sounds like a good idea, if it works. My buddy had a tub that seems to be about spent. There wasn't any real independent "flushes". It just kept making fruits for like a month. But now all that remains is a bunch of tiny fruits, some decent sized side pins, lots of scrumalies, and of course the sub.
Thank you. Thank you all

He was talking about the stumps. You shouldn't try to consume spent substrate in any way
