Status so far and help on next step.

Ok I have 8 jars in the process of colonizing. They are about a week or so into it. I use a cup and fishtank heater in a ten gallon tank to keep temps at 85 and humidity up. (Not sure how high though)

I want to do a case and some cakes. This is my first time growing and the guide tend to be fague. I just want to know what I should expect to happen next and what to do next. Thanks a lot guy peace out

You can find all the basic info you need in the cultivation section. If you have any specific questions about it ,after you consume all of it ,I'm sure you will get a lot of good advice from the good people here.

I have one concern with the way you described your process so far. Everthing sounds good ,but you might run into a bit of a problem if you aren't carefull. You said that you are keeping the humididy high in the incubation chamber. You definately dont want it super dry in there,but if the humidity is so high that you have condensation on everything inside the incubator you are asking for contams to ride a drop of water into your jars. This is more likely,of course ,once you remove the tape from the innoc. holes to aid in air exchange. You only want it to be humid enough to prevent dessication of the jars. 50%-60% should be plenty.
