Today I bring Lasagna. Another pictorial, by Stein.

Your food:
Lasagna Noodles
Hamburger
Favorite jar of spaghetti/pizza sauce, or make your own I don't give a shit.
2 lbs Mozzerella



Boil your noodles and brown your hamburger.



When meat is browned, drain fat, add your sauce and place back on medium/low heat.  After that drain and pat dry your lasagna noodles.

Now, strategicly place noodles along the bottom of a cake pan so that the noodles cover it completely.  Then add a layer of your meat sauce.



Now spread some mozzerella.



Your first layer should look as follows.



Continue to layer until you either run out of space or ingredients.



In this case I conveniently ran out of space and ingredients.  I always save a little sauce in the jar to spread on top.



Cook it in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 minutes.  I go a little longer, but whatever works right?



Eat it.





Now thats good eatin, again.  :laugh::thumbup:

Wouldnt it make cleaning of the pan easier if you start with a layer of meat instead of the noodles ????

I don't know. I had no trouble cleaning the pan. The noodles cook away from the pan, plus I add a shot of cooking spray for shits and giggles.

Looks pretty good, but I think some herbs and spices would make it better. Maybe some oregano and basil or mixed into the hamburger meat.

The sauce I used was plenty spiced up with itallian tasty stuff.  But also remember,  I wasn't kidding when I said
