Some amazons they are breaking veils when they are way too small . I'm gonna let them go an extra day and see how much bigger they can get. The discoloring is from one I harvested

The milk can be any milk - nut/oat/coconut/date etc.. Use less soda if choosing that, sub lemon for lime (lime is alkaline- it still works tho dont ask me how). The reaction between the two mimics yeast rising thus eliminating the need for it and making this recipe truly vegan (not eating a yeast culture). Spelt is a low gluten high nutrient flour and makes the bread dense AF. Season as desired. Healthy bread game on point.

Put 2 contaminated tubs into this bin, on top of composted Hpoo, leaves and wood chips. Iโm talking major green moldy tubs. i basically left it alone for 2 weeks or so.
Low and behold, contam gone and cubes fruiting. I harvested about 20. THen took this pic.
Ive since flattened it out and mist it occassionally. COol to have them outside too! Kinda pumped about out door flushes. Have a few other experiments going outside. Will keep everyone posted.

Lime (calcium oxide/hydroxide) is alkaline. Lime juice (from the citrus fruit) is not.

BTW, anyone I sent prints to... and are the same strain. notice how the tub is gonna abort but the tray is happy AF! what a difference conditions make. trays were outdoors in GH. lows in 40-50's F at night. both are cased. I imagine FAE and evaporation play a huge role. not sure about Co2 cause I fannned regularly

Yeah no they aren't. In fact, by weight, they have more citric acid than regular limes

Im not mad. In fact, I think Iโm onto something...
Edit: the lime juice is acidic but the digestive reaction in the stomach produces an alkaline result

Well, any reaction of a strong acid and a weak acid (the base in the case of such a reaction) creates salt and water, which are more alkaline than the pure acid.
Strong acid= stomach acid weak acid= citric acid
