Well i havent read the board for a few months and its great to see people are out collecting the fruits of the fungii. MJ's getting more stunzii as usual.. .. Stymee is out rawking the eastern wa scene colellecting various ascomyetes. Echo found some true morels up in my hometown of bellinrgham which i find quiet shocking/shigrinning. I know that DH is prolly studying like a madman at this point but thats all right as he prolly has collected mroe pounds of morels this spring than i will ever see hehe. Anyway just wanted to say hi and keep up the good work ehh.

Hi @cro,

I hear the Panaerolus subbalrteatus are finally popping up.

Maybe a trip south might be in order?

So what kinds of mushrooms are in season this time of year?

nice, what are those above the morels? sparrassis, ramaria? I've seen some similar fungi out with the morels, I know some people collect them to eat but I've never tried them...

A type of coral that someone identified for me, can't remember the latin name. I have since cooked them and they're rather tasteless; I don't recommend them.
