Blue oyster Rh fluctuatuons questions

So in my fruting chamber my inkbird is set to turn on at 70%rh and stop till it gets to 95%rh.
My question is should i be worried that where i cut the straight line on the bottom has a little standing water inside?

My logic tells my that evaporation of the surface plus low temp is a pinning trigger.

Should i dial in the inkbird so that the water completely evaps and then start the cycle?

You need a circulation fan inside your chamber. Don't have it blowing on the mushrooms. Just moving air around. The air moving around will cause enough evaporation for pinning. I keep my RH at 90% to 97% at all times. Because my high-pressure system cuts off at 90% and continues to rise until about 97% I get great flushes that way. I get 90% BE on my 1st flush. 70% is way to low in my opinion. I get fruits as big as my head. But I use commercial spawn.

I have an 8' by 13' fruiting room that stays between 70-95 rh, and there is NOTHING I can do from preventing puddling, between the ac, the consolidating moisture on the walls, and the dripping water after I mist my blocks, It would be an uphill battle to prevent puddles. I clean it out about once a week with a little bleach water and everything works out just fine. I wouldn't stress over a little puddle here and there.

Depending on where the humidistat is located this doesn't necessarily reflect the micro climate of the individual blocks. If you keep your blocks moist they should provide their own humidity(for the most part)

To get a proper humidity reading the humidity sensor needs to be on the intake of the circulation fan like this...
