Brownish areas on pf tek cake (pic)

Ok...so after the first flush on this particular cake, I dunked for 24 hours after harvest, and put back in the FC. The dark areas you see are decidedly blue from handling, but after a few days, I have areas of this brown (it's like a light caramel color) encircling the cake. It doesn't look like any of the contams that I see when I look it up, but perhaps mycelium waste? IDK. Thoughts?

The photo isnt focused on the right spot but i can kinda see it.

I usually see this after a cake is done flushing. I see it as a sign of "aging" in the cake.

Looks like the myc is receding. Maybe it will grow back there.
